For years Harry had said that he would really like to have a calliope but that's as far as it ever got. Three or four years ago, hunting for something to give his dad for his birthday, Marty decided to gather up all the whistles that Harry had collected over the years and build an air chamber to put them on so he could play them. He enlisted the help of Steve Agnew and Tom Hergert. They made it to fit in the back of his truck and Harry was thrilled. Everybody kept coming up with more ideas and pretty soon it had to be put on a trailer of it's own. Then bells got put on - air powered and regular ones. And a couple of air horns that Harry had and a bunch of signs and some other interesting things until it is what you see today. It doesn't play tunes because the whistles aren't a tuned set but it sure is lots of fun.
