2006 was the 50th anniversary of Rock River Thresheree. These pictures were taken at the party that was held on Saturday night. The first Thresheree was held in 1955 when John Horton and hs neighbor decided to thresh "one more time". They were so astonished when 300-400 people stopped to watch that they decided to hold another one. We've grown over the years until now we have almost 500 members.
