The purchase of this steam traction engine came about in the strangest way. Marty had been thinking about a second engine for some time but they aren't found just anywhere and usually the price is way out of range. Then, one day when Marty was at his chiropractor appointment he happened to mention something about steam engines. Dr. Zelm said that he had another patient who had steam engines and he wanted to sell them because they were too much for him to handle any more. And that's how we all came to be at Emmett Schultz's house one day last fall (2006). Now each of Marty's sons will have a steam engine
